Participating in the preliminary CMS & Portal Benchmark^® is free!

Just download the mini RFI and send it to the Benchmark team.

To make sure that only the serious and ambitious CMS & portal and Social Software vendors participate in the Benchmark we charge the participants an administration fee of 1500 Euros ex. VAT. This covers the expenses to complete the Benchmark of your CMS/Portal/Social Software and to deliver relevant information to customers that consider using your system for their Web project.

The following services and products will be covered by the fee:

• Benchmarking your system on the basis of the reply of the main Request for Information
• An interview with you to let you present further information about your system and give you valuable feedback
• A review/mentioning of the system in the "CMS and Portals Insight" report 2008/09
• Mentioning of your system at the www.cmsawards.com
• A copy of the "CMS and Portals Insights" report 2008
• A mark up of your system on the CMS Map to show that you are a local or global leader.
• A chance to win the prestigious CMS & Portal Leader or Challenger Awards 2008 in one of the ten categories
• General communication
• A ticket for CMS & Portal Award Show 2008

If you choose to fill out this years RFI you will have the possibility to use a logo on your website or in printed material ("Bencmark Approved 08/09") that proves your selection for the Main CMS & Portal Benchmark^® 2008/09 or Social Software Benchmark^® 2008/09.
