BNP Consulting^® will publish a report with impartial analyst comments on each participating system. The report will contain basic facts about each system and our analyst comments. In this context The CMS & Portal Award Team asks for your permission to let third party clients gain or buy access to all the detailed answers of the RFI, including screen dumps. You as a vendor will have the right to restrict acces to confidential information that the vendor do not want to be published to a wide audience.

BNP Consulting^®and the CMS & Portal Awards^® guarantees that all information sent to us for this Benchmark Analysis will be handled with full confidentiality and discretion and that each vendor will be given the opportunity to comment on the content concerning their specific system in the report.

BNP Consulting^® and the CMS & Portal Benchmark^® Team will solely use the answers of the RFI for its own analysis and evaluations of each system in case a vendor does not give permission to BNP Consulting^® and the CMS & Portal Benchmark^® Team for giving clients access to the answers of the RFI.

Any information marked in the RFI as being confidential will by no means be handed over to a third party or other vendors by BNP Consulting^® the CMS & Portal Benchmark^® Team without the acceptance of each single vendor.

Therefore it is important for you as a participating vendor to clearly mark all information that is confidential in the RFI.

Mutually BNP Consulting^® and the CMS & Portal Benchmark^® Team does not allow the vendor to 

• forward any content of the main RFI documents about the Benchmark Analysis to a third party, e.g. other consulting companies
• to publish any of the documents on print, websites or in any other way, without written authorization by BNP Consulting^®.

If, as a participating vendor you want BNP Consulting^® to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement concerning the information delivered in this Benchmark Analysis, please feel free to include it in the reply of the main RFI.
