Mini Request For Information (Mini RFI)

The Mini RFI consists of general questions about the CMS / portal in question.

The reply of the mini RFI determine if the CMS / portal is to be considered as a global or a local CMS / portal vendor.

You can download the mini RFI here.

Main Request For Information (Main RFI)

The Main Request for Information (RFI) contains questions to which the vendor in question has to deliver written replies. The written replies qualifies the vendor and the CMS/portal:

  • The vendor will be judged on the quantity and quality of the information
  • The product will be judged on the basis of the delivered information.

The vendor's reply to the main RFI makes it possible for the vendor to demonstrate the strengths of their system(s).

The replies make it possible to compare the CMS/portals on selected KPI (Key Performance Indicators).

If the reply of the main RFI is satisfactory the vendor will have the license to put the "Benchmark Approved logo" on the website with a reference to the cmsawards website or to the CMS map.
